Planning a transfer is not only about how to get from the airport to your hotel. A properly organized trip determines whether you arrive on time for your flight, avoid searching for a car at the last minute, and travel comfortably with luggage, children, or a larger group.

To make your trip calmer and more comfortable, it is worth planning your transfer in advance.

## 1. Define the exact route

Before booking a transfer, it is important to know not only the city of arrival but also the specific address. For example: airport, railway station, hotel, apartment, or private address.

This allows the driver to correctly calculate the travel time, and you can understand the cost of the trip in advance.

## 2. Consider your arrival or departure time

If you need a transfer from the airport, be sure to provide your flight number. This helps the driver track any possible delay and plan the meeting time correctly.

If you are going to the airport, it is better to allow extra time for the road, check-in, security control, and possible traffic jams.

## 3. Count the number of passengers and luggage

One of the most common mistakes is booking a car without taking suitcases into account. For 2–3 people with large luggage, you may need not a sedan, but an estate car or a minivan.

Before booking, specify:

number of passengers;
number of large suitcases;
hand luggage;
baby strollers, sports equipment, or additional items.

## 4. Choose the right car class

For a short city trip, a comfortable passenger car may be enough. For a family, a group of tourists, or a long-distance route, it is better to choose a minivan. For business trips or important meetings, a business-class car is a suitable option.

A properly selected car means not only comfort but also peace of mind during the trip.

## 5. Clarify the waiting conditions

If your flight is delayed or baggage claim takes longer than expected, it is important to understand how long the driver can wait without an additional fee.

Before the trip, clarify:

whether waiting time is included in the price;
where exactly the driver will meet you;
how to contact the driver after arrival.

A well-planned route is already half of a stress-free journey. When the route, timing, and transfer are planned in advance, all that remains is to enjoy the trip.
